...milo summer sports clinic..

...it's summer and i have joined the Milo summer sports clinic...
...i am taking an interest in taekwondo...
...last summer it was volleyball...and the summer before that was a...
...badminton clinic...

...taekwondo is really interesting especially when you feel that you get to compete...
...well i haven't joined any events but some of my fellow mates have...
...they won so medals..really awsome..gold, sliver and bronze...hehehe...

...the training we go through...three times a week are hard..yet you get used to it...
...taekwondo it really fun...learning the kicks and the punches including the blocks...i can finally defend myself out on the streets...LOL...
